This policy explains what information we collect through axiomlabs.cc, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share: typically your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Business correspondence. If we work together, we hold the usual records of that relationship, such as contracts, invoices, and project communication.
• Technical logs. Our website hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.

We do not run user accounts, and the website does not ask for any information beyond the contact form.

3. Cookies and tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or social media plugins. Fonts and all other assets are served from our own site, so viewing it does not send requests to third-party services beyond our hosting provider.

4. How we use your information

• To provide our services and manage the client relationship if we work together.

• To comply with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only to the extent needed: our website hosting provider (Netlify), our email provider, and providers of accounting or similar professional services. These providers process information on our behalf under their own contractual and legal obligations.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or sale, in which case this policy would continue to apply to the information transferred.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and information you send us is processed there. Where we transfer personal information from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the provider's recognized certification.

8. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless it leads to a working relationship. Records of client work are kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for as long as law requires, for example for accounting purposes. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider on a short rolling basis.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority. Residents of some US states have comparable rights under state privacy laws.
